Our free Powerline audio service (417.866.2960) is a convenient way to access your account from any phone, and is available anytime. With new improvements like the addition of speech recognition, using the Powerline has never been more convenient!
With our free Powerline service you can check balances, transfer funds, make loan payments and much more. You can use this service as often as you need it, for absolutely no charge. Click here to download a call flow chart to help in selecting the correct menu items.
Why did we upgrade to a new system? We were notified that our old audio service would no longer be supported by the provider. So since we were already going to have to change providers, we chose to get an enhanced product. We know it will take some time to learn the new menus, but we are confident that it is a great service.
Already signed up for Online Banking? Your access code is the same for both, so you're also already signed up for Powerline.
If you have never used our free Online Banking or Mobile Banking Audio Service, follow the steps below to gain access to both.
- First, call the Powerline at 417.866.2960.
- Once prompted, say "Account Information" if using speech recognition, or press "1".
- Next you'll be prompted to enter your 5-digit account number.
- Then you will be asked to verify your identity with the Social Security Number for the person listed as Primary on your account. This is for first time enrollment only and is the only time you will be asked you for your SSN.
- Lastly it will prompt you to set a 4-digit PIN number - this will be your PIN for logging in both Online and via the Powerline Audio Service.
Once you've completed the steps above you can access your account both Online and through the Mobile Banking Audio Service.
