The quickest way to move your accounts to CU Community is by completing our Online Switch Kit. Our Switch Kit enables new or existing members to type information just once, and then instantly generate all the necessary forms in a ready-to-print PDF format. Then you can save, print and mail all necessary documents, allowing you to easily make the switch. A checklist will also be included to ensure you don't miss any steps.

To complete the forms: You will need your existing bank account information (address, account number, etc.), information about any automatic payments you have set up and your employer's address to switch direct deposit (if applicable). Our switch kit will generate a letter for each change, allowing you to then quickly sign and mail them!

Please Note: When completing information about your CU Community checking account, you will need to provide your 14-digit account number. This can be found on the bottom of your checks, in between the two separator symbols (that are often compared to sideways smiley faces).
