If your debit, credit or ATM card is missing and presumed lost or stolen, please call one of the following customer service help lines:

  • For Platinum or Classic credit cards: 800.682.6075 or visit reportmycards.com.
  • For Debit or ATM cards: 417.866.2960, then select option 4 (or say "Activate or block a card" if using speech recognition).

We also recommend closely monitoring your accounts online and contacting us during business hours so can make a note on your account.
